Established in 2014
Centered City Yoga was born out of a desire to create an inclusive, expert-led space where Salt Lake City residents could find sanctuary from the bustle of urban life. What started as a small room with four students has flourished into a vibrant community of practitioners.
Over the last ten years, we've remained committed to the traditional roots of yoga while embracing modern functional movement. Our studio serves as a bridge between ancient wisdom and contemporary wellness needs.
